All of our bath products are guaranteed to be of the highest quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of these products, simply return the unused portion to us for a refund, less shipping charges. On accessories such as shave sets or hair brushes, however, they must be returned to us in their original condition (unopened/unused) unless the product was defective or damaged in shipping, to receive a refund. Please include your shipping invoice.

All orders are shipped by the next business day. If there is a delay for any reason you will be notified by e-mail. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. For best service, please include a daytime telephone number so that we can contact you if there are questions pertaining to your order.

Shipping

We ship primarily using DHLground service.  If the only available "Ship To" address is a post office box or an APO/FPO, we will ship parcel post. If there is no one at home during the day, we suggest shipping to your work address. Please select from the options given and enter the proper shipping charge when figuring your order total.
